Add starch, salt and oyster sauce to the clear water, stir well to mix the sauce and set aside
Pork chopped into minced meat
Marinate in oil, salt, flour, cooking wine and oyster sauce for 10 minutes
Tofu cut into triangular slices
Fry tofu slices in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
Add minced meat to a separate pan and stir-fry
Pour in the tofu cubes with the sauce and reduce the sauce over medium heat
Add the green onions, stir-fry evenly and serve
