▪ Detailed steps  

Cut tenderloin into strips, then marinate with salt, cornstarch, cooking wine and cooking oil for 15 minutes

Onions and bell peppers cut into strips and set aside

Take a small bowl, pour in the dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, black pepper, mix to make a sauce

Stir-fry the beef in hot oil until just browned

Pour in the sauce to taste and stir-fry until the beef is seventy percent done

Add onion, bell pepper, stir fry until broken and ready to go
