▪ Detailed steps  

Chopped chicken thighs in small pieces

Chicken pieces marinated in oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt for 10 minutes

Potatoes cut into pieces and set aside

Minced garlic, ginger, bean paste into the frying pan to fry red oil

Pour in the chicken and stir-fry, season with dark soy sauce, soy sauce and rock sugar

Add water that does not cover the chicken, cover the pot and simmer

Boil until the water boils and add potatoes and stir-fry evenly

Simmer over medium heat until the soup thickens

Add green onions and stir-fry evenly to remove from the pan
